Rebeca Riofrio is an internationally recognised creative strategist, media executive, and brand innovation leader who works with clients to transform their brand identity, elevate their market presence, and unlock global influence. As a Business Partner and consultant at SIGULP, Rebeca brings deep expertise in creative direction, branded storytelling, and high-impact media strategy helping brands, institutions, and public figures craft narratives that connect, resonate, and lead.

With over two decades of experience spanning marketing, fashion, film, media, education, investments, and international relations, Rebeca supports clients in developing distinctive brand strategies, high-profile campaigns, on national and global positioning. She is the Founder and CEO of Art in Fusion TV, a media platform reaching 6.1 million+ viewers weekly in 35+ countries, where she has directed campaigns for world-leading brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Dolce & Gabbana, and produced accredited content featured at the Cannes Film Festival, and holds a position of a Marketing Director at Anglia Ruskin University London.

Rebeca advises clients across both private and public sectors from luxury and lifestyle brands to educational institutions, government bodies, investment-related relations, and international projects. Her strengths lie in aligning creative vision with strategic business goals, enhancing visibility, authority, and cultural relevance in competitive markets.

She currently serves as Director and Chair of the UK Parliamentary Society for Arts, Fashion & Sports, where she leads international engagement initiatives at the intersection of culture and policy. She also holds the position of UK Deputy Director for Fashion & Arts for the British Chinese Youth Federation and a member of the Conservative Foreign and Commonwealth Council (CFCC).

Rebeca’s accolades include two Queen’s Awards, one for Enterprise, and one for Business and Trading, presented by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, in recognition of her exceptional contributions to enterprise and creativity. She is also the recipient of the Big Ben Award (House of Lords) and the Outstanding Award from the French Government for her philanthropic work, to mention only a few.
